Presspoint has a broad range of features suited to building platforms and custom applications of all shapes and sizes.

Custom Profiles
Presspoint's flexible profile system lets you create profile templates for as many different types of contacts as you need. You can create profiles for individuals, animals, organizations, staff, volunteers – there are no limits to how many profile templates you create or what you call them.
Online Account Access
Allow your contacts to access their profiles online to edit fields, upload files, fill out forms or perform any other actions needed. Furthermore, you can make profiles visible online (e.g., Pet Profiles for adoption) if you desire.
Custom Fields
Profile templates are made up of both standard and custom fields that you can create and arrange however you like in order to add and edit data about your contacts. Presspoint ships with 32 field types that allow you to store any type of data while standardizing the data storage so that upgrades and changes in the future can be handled easily, adapting as your organization changes.
Relationships
Presspoint's extensive relationship mapping system allows you to create relationships between your profiles in whichever way makes the most sense for your organization. You can build relationships and call those relationships whatever you wish (e.g., Parent/Child, Foster/Pet, Employer/Employee) while at the same time designating primary contacts as well as start and end dates. Furthermore, you can assign permissions so that a primary contact can log into their profile online and quickly access related profiles to update them directly.
Forms
Form templates are made up of custom fields that you can create and arrange however you like to create accounts (profiles), conduct surveys and quizzes, allow email signups – whatever you wish. Presspoint ships with 32 field types that allow you to store any type of data while standardizing the data storage so that upgrades and changes in the future can be handled easily, adapting as your organization changes. Furthermore, you can create paginated forms, accept electronic signatures, and even store partial completions for later for more complex processes like applications and learning situations.
Actions
Actions are things that you "do" in the system – like writing a note or uploading a document or image. Presspoint ships with a handful of standard actions like notes, logs and files but you can create any type of action and make it available to administrators and contacts. For example, our learning management system uses custom actions to create "assignments." Actions organize custom fields and processes into meaningful information systems.
Alerts
Alerts appear on the profile of any contact or administrator in the system and notifies them of something they need to do by a certain date. When assigned, they indicate whether the alert is pending, current, or overdue and provide a link to the desired action. You can even send alerts by email automatically to notify the recipient when they are outside of the system.
Tasks
Create and assign tasks to any contact or administrator in the system and create processes that appear on a certain date with a flag to notify the contact or administrator to take a particular action.
Email Messaging
Send an email from the system to a single contact, a segment of your contact database, or the entire database if you wish. Presspoint’s integrated email messaging system allows you to build custom email templates, select the recipients, and send them out right away or according to a schedule you set.
SMS "Text" Messaging
Send a text from the system to a single contact, a segment of your contact database, or the entire database if you wish. Presspoint’s integrated messaging system allows you to build custom templates, select the recipients, and send them out right away or according to a schedule you set.
Content Management
Create blog posts, pages, directories – even a full website that’s fully integrated with the profile account management to create content that is available for interaction. The entire look and feel of the public content can be customized using the content management system integrated into Presspoint.
Online Engagement
Comments can be leveraged to foster public discourse and tracked in the system to measure engagement while customized content can be reserved for specific groups of users through our content restriction protocols.
Reporting
Presspoint has a dynamic query system that allows you to pull any field or action in the system and run a report on the fly. Reports can be saved and re-run later or even applied to things like Email or SMS Messaging campaigns. The results of your reports can be displayed in a traditional table format or plotted on a map.
Dashboards
Create dashboard widgets to display a range of information critical to the operation of your organization. Dashboards can be centralized for team management as well as customized for each administrator and contact on their profile.
Data Management
Based on your reporting, you can easily make bulk edits to the results of any query as well as run custom operations like sending an email or SMS message, transferring actions between profiles, or importing and exporting of data. Furthermore, all data is accessible through a standardized API.
Customizable Infrastructure

Events Management
Presspoint features a comprehensive events manager which allows you to easily create events, showcase those events online in multiple views (e.g., calendar, list, search, etc.), and facilitate online registration complete with variable pricing and custom form integration.
Online Commerce and Donations
Presspoint has a complete e-commerce engine which allows you to enable purchases and donations online paid either through invoicing, credit card, or other deferred payment structures like cash and complimentary items. Advanced situations are supported like shipping and handling calculations, coupons and credits, standard and variable options, recurring and installment payments as well as the ability to generate invoices and have them paid online. Additionally, payments can be organized in any way needed – either attached to events for registration, presented as a storefront for purchase, displayed as calls-to-action for donations, or event a “pay now” feature for handling one-time payments like pet adoptions.
