Dear License Holder,

After more than a year of listening to feedback, we are pleased to announce that Presspoint 3.0 is now available as a free update for all current license holders.

What’s in the Update?
Presspoint 3.0 is a giant leap forward for the platform with over 12 major new features, an updated UI and optimizations that have allowed the platform to handle installations managing hundreds of thousands of users simultaneously. While CRM functionality is our core offering, 3.0 more fully represents Presspoint’s goal to be an integrated business-management platform on WordPress for those who choose to model their organizational infrastructure within WordPress.

What do I need to do?
The update is a major update so we do recommend that you make a backup of your installation before updating the plugin. That said, the platform has been strenuously tested over the last year by a large group of Beta testers (thank you, testers!) who have run Presspoint in both Development and Production environments. As a result, the upgrade should be seamless and worry-free and while the new features are great, you should be able to explore them at your leisure with no immediate re-configuration necessary to your current install.

When you are ready, simply visit your Plugins page to update Presspoint to the latest version.

We’ve prepared a version post that discusses the major points of 3.0 and we have begun to convert our documentation to more in-depth articles that cover the established features and the new features in 3.0.
