Saving a User Report as a Smart List

Once you’ve defined your User Search, you can save it as Saved Search, or Smart List.

  1. Define the User Report
  2. Click Search to run the Report
  3. Give the search a name
  4. Click Save Search


5. Click on the Saved Searches tab to recall the search.

Every time you click the name in the Saved Search, the system will rerun the query, so it is always up-to-date.
