User Actions as Smart Query parameters

In addition to profile fields, you can query your users by the actions they have taken on the system.

Below are the different types of actions you can search on, and a description of the parameters you can control.


  • Logs — System generated history items such as Registration or
  • Notes — Written by an Admin about a user
  • Appointments — Calendar events between two or more Users
  • Receipts & invoices– Financial transactions recorded through the system (automatically or manually input)
  • Mail receipts — Single emails, campaign email, or transactional
