Presspoint recognizes two basic types of users: Individuals and Organizations.
Individual: simply refers to a single entity, typically a single person.
Organization: refers to a group of individuals.
You can have as many different types of individuals and organizations as you like and you can create profiles for each one of them. These are called profile types. Setting up multiple profile types gives you the opportunity to arrange different fields for each profile if you so desire or, you can simply use the default Individual and Organization profile if you prefer.
